Return to Running 101

  • You've never really run properly and want to start with the right foundations

  • You're nervous, unsure, and would love someone to just tell you where to begin

This is NOT a session for experienced athletes. This is for women, at the beginning of their return to running and fitness journeys.

WHAT YOU'LL GET

  • Running basics: what's happening in your body and why it feels so hard before it gets easier

  • Postpartum-specific guidance: what to think about, what to watch for, and how to know if you're ready (whether you're 12 weeks or 5 years post-baby)

  • How to start (or restart) safely and build a sustainable habit

  • How I found my way back to running after 2 kids: my journey, training and

  • Practical tips: How to restart your running journey this week

WHO AM I?

I'm a management consultant and fitness coach specialising in helping women get back to fitness and running. I'm a mum of two, I know the juggle, and I've been exactly where you are, staring at my trainers wondering if my moment had passed.

It hadn't. And yours hasn't either.

I bring the same structured, no-nonsense approach to fitness that I use in business, because women like us don't need motivation speeches, we need a plan that actually works around our lives. Evidence-informed, practical, and zero fluff.

FAQs

"I had my baby [X months] ago. Is it too soon?"

We'll cover this in the seminar, including how to prepare to run and what to look out for.

"I'm really unfit. Will I be embarrassed?"

This is an information session, not a run. Come as you are. The whole point is meeting you where you actually are.

"I've tried running before and hated it."

Most people who hate running were just never taught how to start properly. That's literally what this is for
