I know what it's like to feel like running has left you behind.

After having my own children, I experienced firsthand how nobody tells you the truth about returning to exercise postpartum. The conflicting advice. The pressure to "bounce back." The fear of doing something that makes things worse.

As a management consultant, I also know what it's like to be the mum who's back in the boardroom, managing a full-time career, and quietly wondering if she'll ever feel strong again not just capable, but genuinely, physically strong.

That's why I became a specialist in postpartum and women's fitness coaching. Because the generic plans don't work for us. We need something built around our bodies, our recovery, and our real lives.

I'm a certified personal trainer with specialist training in postnatal fitness and pelvic floor health. I've worked with many women, from new mums 12 weeks out of hospital to senior leaders juggling careers and families, and I've built RAPT Movement to be the postpartum fitness programming I wish I'd had.

My approach is direct, evidence-based, and human. I don't believe in hustle culture or punishing your body back to shape. I believe in rebuilding from the inside out — so you can run, lead, and live without holding back.

Whether you're postpartum or just post-everything-else-life-has-thrown-at-you, you're in the right place.
